Welcome to urbnkart. By accessing our website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST).

  • We accept Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, the full invoice amount must be paid to the delivery partner before opening the package.

3. Products & Orders

  • Variations: Products are sourced via third-party supply networks. Minor color or texture variations from display images may occur.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock issues, unserviceable pin codes, or suspected fraud.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines generally range between 3 to 7 business days across India.

  • urbnkart is not liable for unexpected delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or regulatory issues.

5. Returns & Refunds (Meesho Aligned)

  • 7-Day Window: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Evidence: For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video or photo is mandatory.

  • Refunds: Processed after pickup verification. Prepaid orders return to the original payment source; COD orders are refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.

6. Prohibited Uses & Liability

  • You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to infringe on intellectual property.

  • urbnkart acts as an e-commerce marketplace and does not manufacture the products sold. Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
