Return and Refund Policy

At urbnkart, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange process.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the product was delivered.

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • In their original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect product, we will replace it or refund you immediately.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To process claims for damaged products, you must provide a clear unboxing photo or video showing the damage alongside the shipping label.

  • Please report these issues to urbnkartcustomersupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, and socks.

  • Opened beauty, cosmetics, or personal care items.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • 100% Free Returns: There are no return shipping charges for our customers. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address through our logistics partners.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your return item is picked up and successfully verified by our supplier network, your refund will be initiated:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will contact you to collect your UPI ID or Bank Account details. The refund will be processed directly via bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your details.


How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Email us at urbnkartcustomersupport@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your return.

  2. If the product is damaged or wrong, attach your unboxing video/photos.

  3. Our team will verify your request and schedule a courier pickup within 2 business days.
